We operate a "7 Days Guarantee", If for any reasons you are unsatisfied with our items, simply return it to us in its original condition within 7 days opon receiving the items for the refund or replacement. This guarantee does not apply to custom orders, special order or pieces that have been modified per customer request.
If customers want to return the items which without quality problem, then customers should pay the shipping cost of returned items and the custom duty which may cause when the returned items imported into China.

How to retrun ordered items

When you return any items, please send an email to us firstly to supply your order ID/item ID,the reason for the return, then you get our return address. Once we receive & check the returned package, you should expect your return processed within 48 hours.

You can choose to deliver the goods back by express or other delivery method, And You may want to insure your return. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

The shipping and handling charges are not-refundable. In addition, Customs duties must be deducted if any Customs dutires happen.

How to deal with the borken items

Sometimes there will be several borken items on the way of shipping although each item is strictly examined and packed after they are shipped.Such thing is inevitable in the international shipping .

Please follow these steps to deal with the broken items:

     (order ID, the borken items ID,register name, telephone number and e-mail address )
• 2. Please supply the pictures of the broken items in email.
• 3. We will give you the reasonable soluation after receive the pictures of the broken items.
