1 How to register?
A: You can register yourself to become our member, which is free of charge. Please click here to register. We provide relevant service upon you information. After your successful register, you may log in and order our products online immediately.

3 How much is the custom duty?What's the custom clearance procedure?
A: Customers should pay the custom duty when the parcel is doing the custom clearance.Usually we declare half or one thirds of jewelry value for custom value. Then you shall pay less custom duty. Usually the custom duty is 4--10 percent of declared custom value. The DHL agent, who cooperates with, pays the custom duty in advance when your parcel is going through the custom clearance, then you should pay the custom duty when the DHL send the parcel to your address. Till now our custom clearance rate is 100%. However, the parcel may be held by the Customs because the Customs will check the parcel randomly. But this chance is very small. We will spare no efforts to assist the custom clearance if there are any problems on the custom. We have guaranteed all parcels will be arrived successfully in the past 5 years.
4 How much is the shiping cost?
A: Please don't worry about the shipping cost,it will be calculated according to all weight of items which you order,We will email you the total money(including the jewelry money and the shipping cost) after you submit your order. You are suggested to email us if you want to know the shipping cost before you place order.
5 Do you support Cash On Delivery?
A: We are sorry we can not accept cash on delivery. We are a jewelry wholesaler with good reputation, and all of our customers prepay the total amount, then we can start preparing the order. If you are not so confident with us at first, you can place a small order, and later you try our items, you can place larger orders.
6 What's the package of your items?
A: Each item has the separate package which is marked with the sole Item ID. Several items are packed in one bigger package and all bigger packages will be put in the cartons(supplied by DHL) Furthermore, There is some plastic bubbles inside the parcel to keep the jewelry steady, waterproof and crushproof. 7 Do your company send free samples?
A: We are afraid not. We don't support free samples. You are welcome to place a trial order to test the quality of our products.The minimum order is barely 100 USD.You can order any pieces of each design.
8 Can I have the pictures without your logo? I want use them on my website to attract more people.
A: We can offer pictures (without our logo) of the items you ordered after you place order and make the payment.
9 Can I have the matched earrings or bracelets for each necklace which I ordered?
A: Of course it is possible to have the matched bracelets and earrings of most necklace you ordered.And for the matched bracelet and earrings, we will charge you as per the length,Pls email us the specified Item ID and Qty, or your special requirements, then we can give you an exact reply.
10 What should I do if the goods arrives damaged?
A: If the items you ordered have been damaged when you receive it, please take a photograph of the broken items and email us the picture.We will supply the satisfied solution after receiving the pictures.

11 Are the pictures the same as your real jewelry?
A: All of our products are handmade and we try to keep the natural features of each product while cutting and carving. There will be some color difference between the real items and the pictures because of the brightness, contrast and resolution or other factors. So the color difference is inevitable in some degree. And if you have any special demands, pls feel free to let us know and anyway we will offer you a satisfactory reply.
12 What can I do if there are any out of stock items?
A: We will send you email about the out of stock items in your order if there are any when we prepare for your order, you can choose other alternative items on our web with the same value or you can keep the money as credit in your balance account.The money will be deducted when you order next time.
13 How to change the quantity of the items in my cart?
A: First, enter the Qty you want to buy, then click the button “update", then you have changed the quantity successfully.You can go on shopping or checking out.
14 When can I receive the items if I place order today?
A: If you can place order today, our customer support will email you the total cost, and if you make payment asap, say tomorrow, we can arrange production on the same day. Generally speaking, it will need 2 or 3 days to prepare an order if not too large, and it also needs 2 or 3 days for delivery. So if you place order today, you will get your order after 5--6 days.
15 Can the necklace or bracelet be lengthened or shortened?
A: We do accept special demands for our jewelry from our customers. The length of all our items can be extended or shortened. So any necklaces can be made into 20 inches and any bracelets can be made into 8 inches. Generally speaking, our necklace is of the intl standard, i.e., 17 inches, and our bracelet is 7 inches, You should pay more for the extended part. For example., the price of one 17 inches necklace is 5.1 USD(each inch is 0.3 USD). Then you should pay more 0.9 USD(0.3 USD*3 Inches) if you want to extend it to 20 inches. Please feel free to email us if you want us to shorten or extend the length of the items. You can email us your special demands after you place order, we will email you the total cost after receive your special requirements.
16 I have placed an order several days ago and I have confirmed the shipping address. But now I want to change the shipping address,is that possible?
A: Yes, you can change the shipping as long as we have not shipped your goods, but we kindly remind you, it is difficult to make a change after your parcel is shipped out, and next time pls check your confirming address carefully and this time we will help you update your info on our system.. Besides, if you want to change the shipping address when the goods are shipped out, it is possible that the goods are returned by the shipping company, and we are sorry we are not liable for the return charge fees.
17 Are there any tags on your jewelry? If not can you make our brand on your items?
A: We do not have any tags on our jewelry items ,you can resell them after order from us. Sorry that we can't make your logo or tags on our items now.You can also add your brand on the items after you get them.
18 Can you write the "personal gift" or "jewelry gift" as the description of the items on the air waybill? I want to pay less custom duty.
A: Generally, we write "stone beads" on the bill, and we will also mark “see the invoice", we can declare the custom duty a little bit lower then the real jewelry value if you want to pay less duty. If you’d like to change it, we can meet your special requirements on the basis of successful custom clearance. But we can’t guarantee there is no problem on the custom clearance. So it is better for both of us when write the “stone beads” on the air waybill.
19 Can I pay part of the remit first, and then the rest after receiving the goods?
A: We are afraid not. On the one hand, divided payment will only increase unnecessary expend for you. On the other hand, we are a company with a good reputation established around the world. If you are not so confident in shopping at our store, you are suggested to place a small order for the first time. After you confirm our credit, we may set up long-term cooperation with each other.
20 If there are any documents or licenses for me to wholesale from your website?
A: We are jewelry wholesalers and manufactures in China, all the items are made and designed by our own designers, there is no tag or signal on our items so all customers can sell our jewelry items directly. There is no need for you to have the license or document, you can resell them after you order from us.
21 What are the materials of the jewelry?
A: All the handcrafted jewelry from bjbead Company are made of natural real stone, with only a few artificially compound jewelry marked specially.Most of the clasps are made of alloy.We will note it if the clasp is a silver one.We can change the alloy clasps into the sterling silver oens.Please feel free to email us if you need the sterling silver clasp.
22 How soon dose your company make the delivery after confirming the remit?
A: The order is usually delivered within 2-4 workdays. We inform you of the specific time promptly. If you have other questions about this issue, please contact our customer service by email.
23 How to change the order after I placed?
A: Customers can't update the placed order but we can update it for you.Please provide the ID and the quantities of the items if you want to add or delete.We will send the new order confirmation e-mail after updating your order.And we have to recalculate the delivery charge because the jewelry weight may be different.
24 How long dose it take to deliver the goods?
A: After your remittance is received and affirmed, we shall see whether or not finished products are available and send you and email to notify you of the time for delivery. Your order should reach you within 2-4 workdays via DHL.
25 If I want wholesale, can your company give me a discount?
A: Of course we give you a discount upon your order. The more you order, the more discount you will get. If you need more information about our specific discount policy, please contact our customer service by email.
26 Is the price expressed on your website as US Dollar?
A: Yes, but you can pay by Pounds, Euros with the same value.
27 Do you offer customized making?
A: Yes. You are welcome to send our customer service an email to give the detail of your special requirements.
28 Is there any sum or quantity limit?
A: The minimum order is 100 USD.You can order any pieces of each design. If it is below 100USD, the order cannot be submitted.The shipping cost will be relatively less if the order is bigger.
