How to make abalone shell earrings

1. Gather the things needed for making abalone shell earrings. Visit local craft store and find the abalone shell  beads in the size that you desire. The abalone shell beads play the most important role in abalone earrings. Apart from the abalone shell beads, you also need to prepare 4 pearl beads, 2 earring wires, bead wires, wire cutters and round-nose pliers.
2. Cut 2 inches of bead wire, and slip it through a pearl, an abalone bead and another pearl successively.
3. Push all the beads to the center of the bead wire. With one side of the wire, grip it with round-nose pliers and bend it to form a small loop. With the other side of the wire, use the pliers to wind it at the base of the small loop. Make sure that the loop is closed by the wire, and cut the extra wire.
4. Take an earring wire, and open the loop at the bottom. Slip the earrings into the loop of the earring wire, and close the loop.
5. Repeat all the steps above to finish another abalone shell earrings.
