How to clean a citrine ring

Citrine is a kind of materials which belongs to the quartz family. It is yellow or orange in color and called this name is just because it's yellowish citrus like color. Step one- Fill a bowl with jeweler's ammonia solution and drop in your ring, then wait for a few hours to get the dirt and grime removed gradually and thoroughly.
Step two- Dump the mixture out and refill the bowl with fresh, warm water. Drop in your citrine ring again and wait for a few minutes. Remove the ring from the bowl gently and make sure that all the ammonia solution off of the ring.
Step three- Scrub the ring gently with the soft toothbrush. The bristles will clean the grime where is hard to clean only with cloth. Rinse off the ring in the running warm water in order to get it clean wholly.
Step four- Wipe it clean and dry with soft paper towel. Then place the citrine ring on another paper towel to dry about 15 minutes or until dried completely.
