How to wear studs on a dress shirt

At your mark, grip one stud and snip the post, making the stud with a shortened post. Each stud should be done like this. Thread the needle with a 24-inche thread and double to make a 12-inch tail. Take one stud and insert its post through the center of the stitched button hole, keeping the gem outward. The tiny post should slip easily through the openings between stitches. Place the earring fastener on the underside of the cuff. Repeat and finish every buttonhole.
