Beading a jade necklace is a great way for people to work on their hand eye. Nowadays, there is a lot of jade jewelry, which are made by using beads. The process in making it, in fact is not hard. Here I will show you something I how to bead a jade necklace.
The first step you must to buy some supplies that include: beads, pliers or scissors, necklace wire or fishing line, necklace clasps, tack or nail safety glasses. Then you can start your work. Cut a length of wire or fishing line to the size of the necklace that is usually 15 to 30 inches of beading thread. Make sure more inches of wire or fishing line will be left. Then you should make a knot at the tail end of the beading thread and cut the excess away with your pliers or scissors. Now it is time to start putting the jade beads on your necklace and insert the beading needle into the hole of the bead. When the jade beads touch the crimp bead, you should push the jade bead down the thread. If you are satisfied with the way it looks you can place as many beads as you like. But that doesn’t mean you can use off all the wire, You should leave at least two or three inches of unused wire or fishing line so that you can properly attach something else. Then it is time to connect clasp on at the end of the necklace and close the rings with pliers to secure the necklace.
